Field Marketing and Events Manager Full Time Position Located in our Chicago Office Join AVANT, a leader in channel sales enablement and next generation IT distribution, as a Field Marketing and Events Manager. This role’s primary objective will be to define, build and manage execution of marketing campaigns and events in support of channel manager’s partner recruitment and revenue goals. AVANT enables our Channel Partners to effectively sell the AVANT Provider portfolio of next generation IT services to the Channel Partner’s end customers. The role’s primary objective is to manage field marketing campaigns to drive: Recruitment of new regional channel partners Adoption of AVANT’s ecosystem of strategic vendors by AVANT channel partners Support of end customer facing events to support the channel with new opportunity development and sales via the channel Role activities includes: Creating new campaigns and supporting campaign requests from the field in support of recruitment and sales objectives Creating a process for evaluating and approving new campaigns Development of campaign plan and content, including campaign process, messaging strategy, collateral content (copy block for collateral, emails, blogs, etc.), collaboration with corporate marketing for campaign content development. Managing execution of events including Venue identification and sourcing Venue logistics On-site support in local markets Developing a framework to track and report effectiveness of campaigns Support online events, including: Managing regular webinar registrations Pre-event content coordination Day of event webinar setup Post event surveys and reporting Experience: Minimum 2 years previous marketing and/or event management experience Willingness to grow into new roles and skill sets Very comfortable with social media and online technologies, like web conferencing Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Excellent written and verbal communications skills Complete the form and include your resume for consideration.
